Anchor operates as a private, mandate-based advisory practice.

We do not function as:

• a matrimonial platform
• a public database
• a listing or subscription-based service

Each engagement is selective and structured.

2. Selective Engagement

• Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance
• Anchor reserves the right to accept, decline, or discontinue engagements at its discretion

3. Engagement Model & Fees

• Engagements may include a registration (engagement) fee and a success premium
• The success premium becomes applicable upon formalisation of mutual intent (including Roka, Engagement, or Marriage)
• Fees, once agreed, are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Anchor does not guarantee:

• introductions
• compatibility
• relationship outcomes
• marriage

All introductions are made based on judgment and evaluation, not assurance.

5. Client Declarations

By engaging with Anchor, you confirm that:

• all information provided is accurate and complete
• you are legally eligible to marry under applicable laws
• you are acting in good faith with intent for a serious relationship

6. Conduct & Confidentiality

Clients agree to:

• maintain discretion regarding introductions
• not misuse or share confidential information of other individuals
• engage respectfully and in good faith

7. Scope Limitation

Anchor does not provide:

• legal advice
• financial advice
• matrimonial dispute resolution
• background verification services (unless explicitly stated)

8. Right to Discontinue

Anchor reserves the right to:

• suspend or terminate engagement
• in cases of misrepresentation, misconduct, or misalignment
