WHY SELECTIVITY

Selectivity as a Standard of Responsibility

Anchor Matchmaking operates with intentional selectivity, both to protect the individuals we work with and to maintain the integrity of the process.

We undertake a limited number of mandates at any given time, ensuring that each engagement receives careful attention, discretion, and thoughtful evaluation.

Our role is not to facilitate introductions at scale, but to ensure that every introduction is made with genuine intent and responsible alignment.

Selectivity also ensures alignment with individuals and families who value discretion, maturity, and a considered approach to long-term decisions.

A Selective Engagement Process

Every request is reviewed before a mandate is accepted.

Acceptance is based not only on basic compatibility criteria, but on:

Clarity of intent
Readiness for a long-term commitment
Alignment with the nature of our process
Fit with our current active mandates

Engagements are best suited for individuals who approach this decision with seriousness, stability, and clarity.

Deliberate Acceptance

Meaningful introductions require not only compatibility, but the right context, intent, and timing
